Our little story...

Sylvie and Adrien opened the doors of the Novo in September 2010 in Aix en Provence, at the corner of two of the city’s major arteries. Ideally located between the old town and the new shopping districts, Le Novo is a modern bistronomic brasserie concept open to all.

In the morning we welcome you from 7 am for a full French breakfast. Like a café in the center of its neighborhood, Aix walks past the counter to gently wake up.

It is at noon that the Italian and Provencal flavors are expressed through a menu made up of fresh and original products. The chef cooks in front of you, and responds to all requests.

In the evening, revisited Spanish tapas change minds. Original burgers and tartars are also available. House cocktails, wine cellar, beers from around the world, Le Novo is changing its face again. The light is dimmed, the music prevails. From the afterwork to the front club, everyone comes together for a friendly moment of relaxation.
